A beautiful finish is only one part of a well-planned installation.
Substrate preparation and leveling create the foundation. We consider flatness, soundness, transitions, and the demands of the room before setting tile.
Tile planning balances full tiles, cut edges, focal points, and grout alignment. Good lines should carry through corners and into the next surface.
Setting materials must suit the tile and substrate. Wet areas need a compatible waterproofing system; tile and grout alone are not waterproof.
Consistent grout joints, considered movement joints, tidy cuts, and clean edge profiles bring the room together without distracting from the material.
How we work
Share the room, your material ideas, and the work you have in mind.
Review the existing surface, layout, and practical scope of work.
Plan a clean, sound and suitably flat foundation before the tile.
Set the layout, cuts, edges and joints with the assembly in mind.
Review the finish together and discuss the care your material needs.

A little clarity
Straight answers before the first tile is set.
Room size is only one factor. Removal, substrate repairs, waterproofing, tile format, pattern, edge details, access, and transitions all affect the scope. An on-site assessment helps us give an estimate based on your actual project.
We can discuss ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaic, glass and large-format materials. Suitability depends on the room, the substrate, the tile manufacturer’s guidance and the planned installation system.
Tell us whether you already have tile or would like guidance before purchasing it. We can review suitability, quantities, trim pieces and lead times as part of planning; material supply responsibilities belong in the written scope.
Share the details of your backsplash, small floor or repair request. Availability and feasibility depend on access, material matching, preparation and scheduling, so we’ll confirm the scope before committing to the work.
Clear personal belongings and identify items that need moving or protection. We’ll discuss furniture, appliances, fixtures, utilities, access and room downtime so demolition or installation can be planned without surprises.
Workmanship terms are written into your project agreement before work begins, including what is covered, for how long and any exclusions.
Your next project
A room, a rough size, a material idea. That’s a good place to start.
