How project requests are collected, used and protected.
Last updated: 2026-10-12
1. Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, city, and any email address and project details you choose to provide. The form also attaches the displayed business phone, lead source and UTM campaign parameters. Our form handler processes your name, phone, email, city, project details and the submission date and time.
Hosting infrastructure and enabled analytics may record IP address, request date and time, browser information and source page or referrer. Do not send payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this site.
2. How we use information
We use project requests to reply to you, discuss materials and scope, prepare estimates, coordinate scheduling, and communicate about your request by phone, text or email. We use campaign information when supported by our systems to understand how people find the site. Submitting a request is not consent to unrelated promotional messaging.
4. Who receives information
Our form handler sends your request to a configured Telegram account for business notifications over an HTTPS API connection. CRM and messaging providers may receive information if we later use those services for estimates and customer communication; we will update this policy when that happens.
Information may also be shared with hosting and technical service providers, when required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. How we protect your information
The Apache configuration requires HTTPS/TLS, security headers and denial of public access to CSV files, log files and dotfiles. The PHP handler validates required fields, checks the normalized phone format, sanitizes email input and escapes notification text. Its HTTPS request uses cURL’s default certificate verification; it does not explicitly disable verification. These protections depend on correctly configured hosting, current software and restricted credentials.
If we store request files or use a CRM, those files are kept outside public access, CRM delivery uses HTTPS with certificate verification, and access is limited to staff who need it. We maintain limited staff access, data minimization and incident procedures, including breach notification when required under Texas law. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
Our intended retention period for quote-request information is up to 24 months unless a shorter period is appropriate or law requires longer retention. We apply this retention policy to the Telegram notification history and any other system holding requests, and should retain only what is needed for a legitimate purpose.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information or opt out of nonessential communication by emailing info@procrafttileinstallation.com. We aim to respond within 45 days, subject to lawful extensions and applicable requirements. We may need to reasonably verify your identity without collecting unnecessary information.
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may provide additional rights depending on its applicability to the business and your circumstances, including certain processing opt-outs and appeal rights. We do not represent that every provision applies to every business or request. Contact us to raise a concern or appeal a decision; you may also contact the appropriate Texas authority where applicable.
8. Phone and SMS terms
If we communicate by text about your request, message and data rates may apply and frequency depends on the project conversation. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help, or email us for assistance. Any messaging service we use honors STOP and HELP requests.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Requesting a quote does not require consent to promotional texts.
9. Children under 13
This site is intended for people planning tile projects, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was submitted so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
10. Third-party links
External maps, reviews, analytics and other linked services have their own privacy practices. We do not control those services. Review their policies before interacting with them or submitting information outside this website.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, technologies or legal obligations change. The last-updated date indicates the current version. Material changes should be communicated where required by applicable law.
